公司占地120畝，已建設(shè)生產(chǎn)廠房、辦公及研發(fā)基地45447.9㎡，其中，重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)25765.16㎡，鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)19862.74㎡，于2013年底動工建設(shè)，2014年5月竣工并投產(chǎn)，投資突破1.6億元人民幣，年產(chǎn)能達(dá)到400—600萬平方米，系華東地區(qū)最大的無機(jī)輕集料（膨脹珍珠巖）無機(jī)防火保溫板系列產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)基地。

Its legal representative is Wang Qiong, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and an existing staff of 80. The company's registered address is located at the north side of Luqiao Road, Dingyuan County Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province. It is specialized in inorganic light aggregate (expanded perlite) external wall thermal insulation systems, thermal insulation decorative composite panels A high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, production, sales, and construction of self insulation systems.
The company covers an area of 120 mu, and has built 45447.9 ㎡ of production plants, offices, and research and development bases, including 25765.16 ㎡ of heavy steel structures and 19862.74 ㎡ of reinforced concrete structures. Construction started at the end of 2013, and was completed and put into production in May 2014. The investment exceeded 160 million yuan, with an annual production capacity of 4-6 million square meters. It is the largest production base for inorganic lightweight aggregate (expanded perlite) inorganic fire insulation board series products in East China.

JZZ膨脹珍珠巖保溫裝飾復(fù)合板分為基本復(fù)合板和疊加復(fù)合板。
基本復(fù)合板由內(nèi)嵌加強(qiáng)龍骨的膨脹珍珠巖保溫材料，通過冷壓工藝制備程六面封漿保溫板，表面噴涂真石漆、水包水、水包砂、多彩漆、質(zhì)感漆、磚石漆、氟碳漆、單鋁板、軟瓷、薄石材等裝飾面層，組成的保溫裝飾一體板。
疊加復(fù)合板由內(nèi)嵌加強(qiáng)龍骨的膨脹珍珠巖保溫材料，與真空絕熱板、高密度石墨模塑聚苯板、高密度硬泡聚氨酯保溫板復(fù)合，通過冷壓工藝制備程六面封漿保溫板，表面噴涂真石漆、水包水、水包砂、多彩漆、質(zhì)感漆、磚石漆、氟碳漆、單鋁板、軟瓷、薄石材等裝飾面層，組成的保溫裝飾一體板。

The stacked composite board is composed of expanded perlite insulation material embedded with reinforced keel, combined with vacuum insulation board, high-density graphite molded polystyrene board, and high-density rigid foam polyurethane insulation board. The six sided sealed insulation board is prepared by cold pressing technology, and the surface is sprayed with real stone paint, water in water, water in sand, colorful paint, texture paint, brick and stone paint, fluorocarbon paint, single aluminum board, soft porcelain, thin stone and other decorative surface layers, forming an insulation and decoration integrated board.
